The Beginning - Driven by Movement
Every journey starts with motion. Dua Group of Companies began as a transportation enterprise with a strong nationwide presence across India. With a fleet of over 250 trucks operating PAN India, we built our foundation on reliability, scale, and trust- delivering not just goods, but consistency and commitment.

Expanding Horizons - Hospitality & Lifestyle
Growth led us to diversify into hospitality. We established Hotel Classic Regency in Kanpur, creating a space that blended comfort with service excellence. Soon after, we entered the culinary space with Picasso Foods in Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, bringing refined dining experiences to the city.

A Defining Step Into Real Estate
In 1997, we formally incorporated Dua Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., with a clear and ambitious vision: To acquire, develop, construct, and manage properties across residential and commercial segments. From land acquisition to construction and leasing, we became a full-spectrum real estate developer-shaping Kanpur’s urban landscape through thoughtfully designed commercial and residential spaces.

Scaling Beyond Growth into Indore
With experience and trust on our side, we expanded into Indore. Through our partnership firm Satguru Developers, we undertook large-scale development projects, delivering: Commercial buildings, Residential complexes, and Modern infrastructure projects. This phase marked our transition from city developers to regional growth partners.

Redefining Living: Premium Ready Homes
As we evolved, so did our philosophy. We shifted focus to what truly matters: the end user experience. This led to the creation of fully furnished, ready-to-move-in premium bungalows, built with: Superior construction quality, Thoughtful layouts, Prime locations, and Turnkey convenience. To date, we have successfully delivered 25+ premium homes in Indore.

Diversification: Warehousing & Colonising
Parallel to residential development, we expanded into Warehousing solutions and Colonising/land development. This allowed us to serve both individuals and businesses, strengthening our footprint across multiple real estate verticals.

From trucks on highways to homes in prime neighborhoods, Dua Group stands as a symbol of reliability, quality, and long-term value creation. Founded by Mr. Devendra Singh Dua, the group has grown under the leadership of his sons Mr. Sonu Dua and Mr. Monu Dua, and is now being carried forward by the next generation, Savi Dua and Paramjeet Dua. And we continue to build – with purpose.
